How long does my order take to ship?

Orders placed Monday–Friday will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once shipped, your order is expected to arrive within 48 hours.

Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the carrier and destination.

Our return policy.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on seamoss jars.

If your jar arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or video showing the damage, along with your order information.

Once the damage is verified, we will send you a replacement jar at no additional cost.

Please note that replacements are only provided for jars that arrive damaged. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for jars that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
